Hours:
Business – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
After hours – 5pm to 12am and 6am to 8am
Crazy hours – 12am to 6am

IP
Internet protocol has gained a large foot hold on videoconferencing today, and is experiencing huge growth in the business market. It uses a larger band width than standard video conferencing and therefore provides a higher quality image on screen. Our endpoint IP address is: 202.68.92.60

ISDN
Often regarded in some quarters as a legacy system, it is however still more commonplace today than IP, and the system used worldwide for most conferences. Our ISDN number is: +64 4 4712683

Bridging:
Multipoint conferences are now quite commonplace, linking many towns and cities around the world. Often a Bridging house may be called on to assist placing calls between more remote locations, or used to “bounce” a call from one side of the world to other. Calls between new and old or incompatible equipment can benefit from the assistance of a bridge to provide a better connection.

Rates:
Suite hire starts at NZ$200.00 per hour. Tea, coffee, juice and/or catering provided on request.

Experience:
Every conference is unique to you, and it can be a bit daunting not knowing where to start. We treat each request individually, so you or the participants reap the most benefit possible. We ensure you feel at ease during your conference and advise all our first time clients how the conference may proceed and what to expect. With bridged calls we provide added instructions if there is to be a panel or group discussion, so that the true flow of the conference is realized.
